The CB-FCS (Full Certification System) is an extension of the traditional CB scheme and all participants of the CB scheme can exercise it. The goal is to offer the most comprehensive product certification scheme in the world.
More and more countries and certification bodies are joining the CB-FCS Scheme. Intertek is already a member and co-operates with many other certification bodies. When your products are tested, you are sure to get your certification quickly, without having to face barriers and delays.
Fewer steps to obtain certification worldwide
The CB-FCS was created to reduce the steps required to obtain certification at the national level worldwide. The FCS operates within the scope of the IECEE standards, which are accepted in the CB scheme. The FCS Scheme is based on an agreement which allows mutual recognition of the Conformity Assessment Certificates (CACs) issued by FCS members. These certificates are the basis for the certification of electrical products at a national and international level.
